Milena Stosic

Trainer for Intersectionality

Milena Stosic (she/her) is a senior consultant in results-based management, research, facilitation and training, specializing in organizational development, strategic thinking, youth/gender/diversity policies, and innovative learning methods. 
She pioneered youth mainstreaming efforts in the OSCE, in addition to providing support to the civic and state stakeholders in domains of democratization, youth participation, public policy, human rights in Serbia and regional cooperation in Southeast Europe. She served as historically the first ever OSCE Chair-in-Office Special Representative on Youth and Security (for Serbia and Germany). Prior experience spans also advocacy work, media, and psychology, bridging humanitarian, development, and peace sectors.
She's authored resources on youth policy and project management, designed training courses, and led programming in the field of reconciliation and post-conflict cooperation. Recent work includes mission with the ICRC in Southern Africa and various assignments with development agencies in Western Balkans.
Within Gender studies she is focused on feminist security, researching gender mainstreaming and intersection among UNSC's Women, Peace and Security and Youth, Peace and Security agendas.
