Lisa Picott

After more than 10 years in various roles in the Civil Peace Service (CPS), Lisa Picott has been working full-time on the topic of coffee (roasting) and sustainable supply chains and supplier relationships since October 2023. In her activities as a PM&E consultant/speaker, country officer and ZFD expert, role clarifications and the network of relationships between experts, partner organisations and German agencies were a recurring theme. She combines this experience with concepts of non-violent communication, creative methods of theatre work and reflection on assumptions and how these shape our relationships in the design of the seminar. In this way, the participants sharpen their awareness of different roles and how they can be dealt with in conflict transformation.
