Laeticia Klein

Trainer for Systemic Conflict Analysis

Laeticia Klein is a peacebuilding and conflict-sensitivity professional with 15+ years of experience supporting civil society organisations and governmental partners in conflict-affected contexts in East and West Africa and South East Asia. She has led participatory, end-to-end conflict analyses, including in displacement-affected settings, and trained practitioners in conflict analysis and conflict transformation methods. She currently works as an independent consultant and trainer with Actioning What Works (AWW), focusing on systemic conflict analysis, capacity strengthening for peacebuilding practitioners, strategic programme design, and dialogue and facilitation. She holds a Diplom in Social Sciences (University of Mannheim) and an MA in Refugee Protection and Forced Migration (University of London). She is motivated by turning complexity into practical tools that help practitioners work more safely and strengthen non-violent conflict transformation.
