Franziska Stahl
Trainer for Applied Conflict Analysis
Franziska Stahl is a freelance consultant, facilitator and trainer for governance, peace and conflict work. For over 15 years, she has been supporting local and international non-governmental and governmental organisations in learning and development processes. She advises on conflict-sensitive and inclusive programme planning, the practical implementation of the Humanitarian Development Peace (HDP) Nexus and impact measurement. She has many years of experience in the Sahel region, East Africa and the Western Balkans. Her practice combines analytical depth with a reflective, action-oriented approach.
As a trainer and process facilitator, she supports individuals and organisations in analysing and transforming conflicts non-violently and enabling sustainable solutions through active participation and empowerment. In her seminars on conflict analysis, conflict-sensitive project management and diversity, she creates spaces for attitude, reflection and practical application – always with the aim of strengthening responsibility and capacity for action in the context of global inequalities.
