Dominique Pannke

Dominique Pannke is an independent conflict consultant, process facilitator, moderator and trainer. She has been advising and supporting local authorities in Germany for over 10 years in dealing with conflicts that arise in the context of social change processes. She designs and moderates participation processes and works for the Local Conflict Counseling program. She sees the constructive handling of conflicts as an opportunity to shape coexistence in a way that is fairer and more oriented towards the common good. In doing so, she is guided by the attitude of non-violent communication according to Marshall B. Rosenberg.

Among other things, she is a trainer for the Training on Conflict Competence in municipalities in Germany "Understanding conflicts. Using opportunities." of the Academy for Conflict Transformation.
