Who can register for this course?

This training addresses CPS experts from different countries who are actively supporting local peace building processes.

Content

The goal is to deepen the knowledge of methods of conflict analysis, planning and monitoring of local projects as well as the design of dialogue processes. Additionally, the participants will reflect on their own role in partner advisory and in intercultural teams of their CPS organization. This will be done through trainer inputs and by using the group's own resources and experiences from the different countries for a professional exchange.
